Silver Cloud Financial They had me to electronic sign but told me they send paper work did not tell me how to pay back nor when payments would start didn't ask me if this was my checking account. Upper Lake California

when I took out this loan I was not fully told what  the details were on getting this loan!  A person named Randy had me to electronic my signature he didn't explain anything to me except that I would get paperwork in the mail.

well I never recieived this paperwork it was not till my father's checking account had money taken out of it and I contacted them (Silvercloud financial) and was told it would be taken out of his account I explained to them that I was not given this information.  

They said since the loan was sent ach that their payments would be the same way and they didn't say how much nothing was going to cost I was still waiting on the paperwork.

They have a poor commucation skills.  I have asked them where to send my payments and not to bother my father's account he just let me use it to receive my loan.  And I have tried to explain this to them.

if I had been told how they operated on you receiving my loan I never would have applied for it.
