Silver King Co. is one of the largest 55+ mobile home community rip offs anywhere in the USA.  

If you are thinking about moving to any Silver King community in Arizona and Utah, STOP immediately.   You will fall into their (bait and switch) trap to fixed income seniors where they mistreat the poor and then when they can no longer afford or mistreated to move their trailer, they take over the trailer and sell to another sucker. They have towing trucks roaming their communities to tow your vehicles if they feel you might be in violation.    

The Senior Manager is from HELL and her husband (Maintaince Manager) is of her like and kind. If you are searcing for trauma, this is where you will find it.    The senior manager hires and trains managers who classifiy themselves as B*s and like a German prison camp, they rule hard regardless of the rules that govern the LTA, and other.   

The owner, (Keith or Brenda Vanderout) cannot be reached, all communication is intercepted by the Senior Manager and with these people, things are terribly out of control, and one can only imagine the harassments to the renters and home owners without owner supervision or concerns.

All their communities in arizona are screaming the same problems, but there is no one that seems to be interested.   Maricopa county water, Mesa city water, Senior Social organizations, Attorney General, Family TV3, private attorneys, and as of this date we are ignored.   

We are Senior Citizens who used our final savings to purchase a home with these idiots, and we ask that everyone who is considering Silver King as their future home, STOP NOW.
