Silver plumbing City Wide part of Service America Enterprise, Inc 7 MONTH OVER 217 DAYS AND UNBELIVEABLE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEING DEALT WITH I STILL DO NOT HAVER A WORKING AC!!! Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Silver plumbing City Wide part of  Service America Enterprise, Inc is the biggest rip off and is the definition of insurance scams.  I signed a contract with them in 2009.  Nothing has ever been covered by this company that is included in the contract. 

7 MONTH OVER 217 DAYS AND UNBELIVEABLE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEING DEALT WITH & I STILL DO NOT HAVER A WORKING AC!!!

Silver plumbing City Wide part of Service America Enterprise, Inc  is the biggest ripoff I have ever had the misfortune of using.  Definitely DO NOT use this company.


I have been a Silver plumbing City Wide part of  Service America Enterprise, Inc customer since January 15 2009, when I signed up for your 3-in-one deal for Air Conditioning - Appliances - Plumbing. During this seven-month period I have encountered inadequacy of service, which I had not previously considered possible, as well as ignorance and stupidity of monolithic proportions.

Please allow me to provide specific details, so that Silver plumbing City Wide part of  Service America Enterprise, Inc can either pursue their professional prerogative, and seek to rectify these difficulties, which they havent until today- or more likely (I suspect) so that they can have some entertaining reading material as while away or working day smoking Marlboro Lights and drinking vendor-coffee on the bog in their office:

My initial problem started back in June 2009. The central AC was not working properly (I.e. it went automatically from cold to heat in was cancelled without warning, resulting in my spending an entire days sitting on my fat arse waiting for your technician to arrive.

When he did not arrive, I spent a further 57 approximately minutes listening to their infuriating hold music, and the even more annoying customer service personal that acted as robot woman telling me time after time that a supervisor will contact me and that will take 24-48 hours....HOW?

The rescheduled technician then took place some two weeks later, although the technician did forget to bring vital tools or the actual PC board that need to be replaced he said that he needs to get approval to change that part. So here it went again, another day another bad service. I had to call Customer Service, complaint and scheduled another technician to come and absorb and figure out (again) if a place needs to be replace (at the meantime I dont have an working AC in Miami, FL which is pretty annoying to handle).

Two weeks later, my PC board had still not arrived. After 15 telephone calls over 4 weeks Silver plumbing City Wide part of  Service America Enterprise, Inc  Inc sent another technician to check it again (not with the Pc Board that need to be replaced but with a few tube and some gas) ... six weeks after I had requested it and a few technician told me that the part need to be replaced and order it wasnt ordered and again I had to waste more time on the phone with not so smart customer service people who really didnt do much to help out. The opposite I felt like Im standing in line at Navaros and dealing with a Spanish speaker only.  Today, 7 month after my initial call my AC is not working well. The PC board have been replaced 5 days ago (YES, 5 days ago believe it or not) and now, due to the cold that just hit Florida area the heat isnt working. I should mention that the time that the last technician was hear I have requested that the thermostats will be replaced and the representative /technician promised me (that was not the first time by a Silver plumbing City Wide part of Service America Enterprise, Inc) that he will order the part for me and he will call me back to confirm no such call ever created). Just as an FYI funny as it will sound that before the current / last technician there was another technician that arrived to my apartment . He called me from downstairs to tell me that IF I will not find him a parking space he wont be able to come up!!! (Although my building has special parking spaces for services) Or, I need to come down and give him some money for the parking because HE wont pay for it. When he went into my apartment he told me he replaced the part were actually he didnt. the same day, I turned the AC on and guess what the heat started to work again so I called Silver plumbing City Wide part of  Service America Enterprise, Inc  and guess what ? they told me he didnt install the part and he retuned it back to the warhorse.

I am still waiting for my telephone conversation with the supervisor. I wrote to the President of that Division and even my letters didnt help . I have made over 45 calls on my mobile to their no-help line, and have been unhelpfully transferred to a variety of disinterested individuals, who are it seems also highly skilled bullock jugglers. I have been informed that someone will call me back; that no supervisor is available (and someone will call me back);  (and then been redirected to an answer machine informing me that their office is closed); that I will be transferred to someone and then been redirected to the irritating robot woman...and several other variations on this theme.

Doubtless Silver plumbing City Wide part of Service America Enterprise, Inc are no longer reading this letter, as they have at least a thousand other dissatisfied customers to ignore, and also another one of those crucially important t******e-moments to attend to. Frankly I don't care, it's far more satisfying as a customer to voice my frustration's online than to shout them at their unending hold music. Forgive me, therefore, if I continue. I thought Silver plumbing City Wide part of Service America Enterprise, Inc were awful, that they had attained the holy piss-pot of god-awful customer relations, that no-one, anywhere, ever, could be more disinterested, less helpful or more obstructive to delivering service to their customers. That's why I will chose different company and I suggest you all do the same!!!, and because, well, there isn't anyone else is there? How surprised I therefore was, when I discovered to my considerable dissatisfaction and disappointment what a useless shower of useless service ever!

I suggest that they will cease any potential future attempts to extort payment from me for the services which they have so pointedly and catastrophically failed to deliver - any such activity will be greeted initially with hilarity and disbelief quickly be replaced by derision, and even perhaps bemused rage.
