We owned a red week down in Galveston, when we were contacted by Silverleaf's home office telling us that they were closing that resort due to damages from the hurricane.  They asked us to come into the office in Tyler, where the offered us a presidental unit at that resort for 26,000.  they showed us one that is located in what is called beachside we agreed but when they drew up the papers we purchased an older presidental at the marina.  That was the first bait and switch.  But when we were out at the resort the other month we found out that the Galveston resort had been made into a up-class resort and if we would have keep that property we would have owned a Diamond or Ambassador unit.  We were also told that if we purchased this extra program both of our weeks could benefit from it.  That was not true either.  The sales reps tell so many lies they cannot even keep up with them.
