So there I was, just arrived back in the states from Iraq.... Looking to buy myself a new Expedition, so it all went great, Simi Valley Ford paid off my two vehicles and I was told their was a over payment from my credit union, and I would be receiving a check in the mail.... Right..... So now 5 months later... No Check, I called month after month and was told they would get back to me, no call was ever received.

So during this process I find out that theirs a problem with the title with one of my vehicles that was already paid off and owned by the dealer. Long story short, I received a phone call about my title and believed that the lean holder should have this, I didn't realize that what was needed was the "Statement of Origin" which I had put in the glove box and told the salesman where it was and was told to leave it there and not to worry. So the dealer is now calling me a liar and will deduct the fees for bonding the vehicle that I no longer own, from my overpayment which is due to me.

The main person in which I had issues with was a woman named Mindy, who had the nerve to attack me on the phone, questioning my integrity. I guess I can deal with not getting all of my money back which is due to me, but it just kills me when someone questions my integrity. It's not like I had a scheme or well written plan to create more work for this dealer. Just wanted a New Car!!!!!
