We purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest Firm Mattress [AQUILA VISCO-FIRM] from Landmark Furniture Houston, Texas [an authorized dealer] in July 2009.  After six months, we must rotate the mattress every week in order to get a good sleep.

In May 2011, we filed a warranty claim and Simmons sent a contractor to examine the defective mattress. The contractor [Bedding Solutions] was at our home less than 10 minutes.  Apparently, he had predetermined a statement to decline our warranty claim.   How could he make a fair assessment in less than 10 minutes?  He pushed on the mattress in three places and took several photos of the mattress, box spring, and base.

Simmons denied our claim and failed to address the squeaky springs, denied noticeably
feeling the springs, claims the body impressions were normal and justified that sagging is normal wear.

This is not acceptable.

Initially, we requested a second opinion, but after dealing with Simmons defective warranty policy and Simmons rude workers such as Jeanie Wrider, we would prefer a full refund.
