Simmons Provides meaningless and worthless warranty with mattresses Nationwide

I purchased the Simmons Frances Plush queen size mattress in December 2013.  When the sidewall failed in April, causing it to splay out to one side at a 30 degree angle and lose more than an inch of height as a result I filed a claim for the warranty.  Due to the stains from night sweating, a normal occurence for many individuals, they voided the warranty.

All I wanted was a replacement as a result of shoddy design/manufacturing, or a refund (doesn't matter to me which it is.)  Simmons continued to refuse to honor the warranty to either outcome, and even refused to resolve the BBB complaint I filed.  Horrid customer service, and I will never buy from them again, and given that many friends and family come to me for advice, I will retell this story again and again.
