Simmons ripoff we were told when we bought the beautyrest set in ten years we would get 50% back we sent paper work in and never got refund San Leandro California
my husband and myself went to Breuners in Vallejo, to buy a bedroom set we also bought a mattress set, Now this was in june of 97, and was told by the sales lady sold these items to us to hold on to our paper work, and in ten (10) years mail it in to receive a 50% cash back...
we held on to it and in 10 years mailed it to simmons to this day we've not gotten our 300.00 back I have made several call's but only once have I talked to a person and now when i can all i get is a michine and this person whom i spoke to before who told me he had my paper work in front of him..... will not return my calls when i leave my phone number I don't get a call back..
