I've  been a loyal and almost daily customer to the King of Prussia Mall for at least 2 decades.  Over the summer (2015), I put down my sunglassex while eating in the Food Court and less than half way upon leaving the Food Court, I realized I ddin't pick them up.  I turned back to where I was sitting immediately and within less than a minute they were gone.  The person sitting near where said "people were  here". I reported the loss to Security, Customer Serivce, Food Court Security and sent an email in addition to filling out a report.  These were very expensive Maui Jim Sunglasses.  Never found and never resolved though I did indicate I'd like to see my frequent patronage to the Mall acknowledged.

About a month later I did return to the Food Court to have lunch and noticed a rodent (hard to tell rat or mouse) walking around the floor.  I reported it to the Food Court Cleaning Attendant and then to Customer Service. The woman at Customer Service looked at me like"what do you want me to do about it" and told me I had to fill out a form if I wanted something done about it.

It is appalling that there is no survaillance in the high traffic area of the Mall let alone no standards of cleanliness.  I can only imagine how many more there creatures there were roaming around the entire mall.  I have no delusions of the Ownership making an attempt to improve either situation, but at leaset I can hope that some people take the time to read this and are forwarned.  When I have more time I will contact the Better Business Bureau.  But my disatisfaction is largly with thier Customer Service as well.

The issue is NOT the food service unless you saw a rodent IN the business. THAT falls on the MALL and THIER pest control. It COULD have been an escaped small rodent from the pet store. As for your glasses, GET OVER IT!!!! YOU left them there and a customer came by and picked it up. Get the idea of a "PUBLIC" eating area?? Someone saw a pair of sunglasses sitting on a EMPTY table and took them. NOT THIER FAULT!!!! THAT is YOUR FAULT for leaving them there. YOU are just a SCAMMER who is looking to take out thier anger on a INNOCENT PARTY!! YOU want the deeper pockets that YOU THINK should be responsible for YOUR lost glasses to pay for YOUR mistake. GROW THE HELL UP YOU CHILD!!!! YOU lost your shades. YOU left them there. And when YOU are told that "Sorry THEY are NOT responsible" YOU feel its ok to go online and basically LIE about them and the entire situation. Watch out though, YOU have willingly and with malice posted LIES online. THAT is defamation and you can be sued for it. All because THEY didnt pay for the shades YOU lost.
