Simon Ham, Zcom Canada, Semitech Telecom ripoff dishonest did not return downpayment misrepresentation lying stealing fraudulent Mississauga Ontario
I was given guarantees on income in a private payphone business and I made a deposit towards what I thought would be a good side business. Shortly after I talked with some people that were already in the business and I decided that this business was not for me and asked for my down payment back. Not only was I told that my deposit would not be returned to me but that there were many extra costs that I did not know about during the signing of the agreement. Semitech Telecom operating as Zcom Canada with Simon Ham as the owner ripped me off and made me get into a business that is taking more money than is giving back. This company is a rip off. Buyer Beware!

and ask for your money. If he refuses, stay there as long as you can. Go there every day, if not, every two days, if not, once a month until you get your money back. If you work and can not go there, hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit against him and his old and new business. The least you can do, call him up every day and night until he comes to his senses and feel what he has done to hundreds of people.
