Sisus sold us a defective product, it recently had a FDA recall. Sisus does not service any of the units its sells and cuts out its dealer. The dealer can no longer get parts for the chair, they will not take responsibility and want us to contact Sisus directly. We tried calling and emailing Sisus Corp over and over. No response!

If you have received a Sisus product from this company you will need to contact Sisus directly should a warranty issue arise. Gamburd Medical is not a Sisus certified dealer.
