Traffic Flare offers 3000 hits to your website for a fee. When purchased, I used my traffic analyzer software to see where the hits are coming from. They are all coming from the same IP address. For 3 days I was getting the same hits from the same IP address.
I sent Traffic Flare 3 separate e-mails about "abuse" and all 3 went unanswered! I called and left 2 messages on company voice mail, no call back! The 4th time I called, the phone number no longer works...It's DISCONNECTED !
There are a lot of traffic generators out on the web...Be Carefull of this company.

When we first launched Traffic Flare, we started receiving a lot of "attacks" by unscrupulous members trying to earn endless traffic. Such members were using robots to "send HITS" (therefore earn HITS to their websites). These attacks got so severe they'd bring our server down. It may be possible you were affected by this kind of abuse.
We implemented an automated mechanism to curb any abuse to all our systems (including banner exchange). As soon as this abuse is detected:
1) The offending account is blacklisted
2) Member gets an email their account is blacklisted
3) Admin log is generated for further investigation
Additionally Traffic Flare now limits the number of times any member (IP) can view any one website in our system in one day. It is thus totally impossible to presently receive website HITS from the same IP.
