Simon's Caterers gives poor service and provides old and poor quality food. The employees have been seen not washing hands and/or sanitizing food prep area. They sometimes use food left over from previous events. Old food has been seen to be improperly stored. Besides the horrible service and the poor quality food they provide, they should highly be checked out for fraud and the negative impact they place on their client(s) and the community. In addition, we have seen clients who have become furious with Simons performance.
