Lip Ink International : Do they, don't they want to sell abroad

I set out to refute this accusation, but the true story from start to finish became two pages long. I am not sure what length is considered acceptable? So I have tried to prcis those two pages.

In July 2006 Lip Ink UK Ltd was given permission to sell Lip Ink products in the UK online. Since when I have worked tirelessly entirely for Rose Nichol/Lip Ink International's benefit -I have paid myself no salary - all profits have gone into promoting the Lip Ink brand in the UK. UK clients really appreciate the first class service we have provided.

In September 2009 USA decided to 'switch' to a new reatiler in the UK (that long story!). Obviously this would damage the business I had spent 3 years building up - so we had to be made the scapegoat, as they had no plans to compensate Lip Ink UK for what they were doing.

Recently this sequence has been repeated in Australia - where they had permission to promote Lip Inks online but not actually sell them.  It seems that USA are happy to make a big sale to a new retailer to then go on and attempt to prevent them selling those products online. So Retailers 'beware'!!! How do you best introduce a unknown brand in a new country?

USA has had at least 10 new members of staff engaged to promote sales to Retailers that I know of during the last 4 years - all gone. Although USA offers no PR or advertising of their brand name in new countries, they nonetheless feel they are entitled to completely control how their products are sold. Rose Nichols and 'business logic' are not well acquainted.

All Lip Ink products are exactly as stated.
