"Simoniz Fix It" Product does not work. I tried it on both of my cars, only leaving a mess on both cars; which cannot be repaired without a complete area repair by a body shop. This company overcharged me for the Fix It Kit plus shipping. Their return policy stinks; You cannot return it after you have opened it!! How can a person see if it works without opening it. Dumb!! This company should be put out of business. I give this company a big fat "F"!

Fred you wrote:

What happened when you called customer service for Fix It Pro?
Was the return policy told to you over the phone or was the printed policy included with the product?

Like you should know that AS SEEN ON TV stuff HAS ALWAYS BEEN A RIPOFF

There is nothing free - the charge double on TV, so nothing is FREE you pay for it all + they overcharge for shipping.

WHY BOTHER when you can buy at the STORES for HALF the TV price and not pay shipping and handling.

More COMMON SENSE
