Complaint Review: Simoniz Fix It

I ordered one item and, according to the site (& TV commercial) the other two items were free. My total the one item was $19.95, but when I printed out the final confirmation order sheet for my records it showed a total of $50.80 due to the addition of $30.85 in shipping. I immediately called in to their Customer Service and cancelled this order. I was told that the order would be physically cancelled when it came in but I still got an order confirmation email. This commercial is total deception - don't fall for it. Who in their right mind would order anything and pay for shipping that adds up to 150% of the item price?
