Complaint Review: Simoniz Fixit

we ordered the fix it pro pen that was advertised on TV fo $19.95 plus S&H.

when the order came we got 4 pen sets, 2 pro fixt it kits, 2 scratch removal cream and 9 wipes for a total of $96.65.   we did not order all this merchandise.

i called the bank to see what we were charged, they did not send a receipt, and found out we were charged $96.65 for mercnandise we did not order, it should have been $19.95 plus S&H.

i called the company at 2627962018 and Diane answered the phone, she screemed and yelled at me, totally rude, said the order was placed by an automated answering system and that is what was ordered, which is not true.  she said to return the merchandize and gave me a return number , said we would not get our money back, only for the $19.95 plus S&H is all she would credit us for.

So merchandise has been returned by certified mail at a cost of $17.12  plus the $96.65 and we have nothing  to show for it.

i called my bank an they have to go through merchandise quide lines before they can or will credit out account .

this simoniz fix it company is a rip off ,a scam. they use an automated answering system and ship you what ever they want and will not refund your money to you. they charged me $14.95 three times for shipping and handling , for a 6 lb package all in one box.  a total rip off and i hope somone exposes them for what they are.
