Simoniz FIXIT Web site will scam you New Berlin Wisconsin
Got the order yesterday for Fixit Repair Kit - ...a few problems: Received TWO kits, only ordered one. Each kit had TWO turbo vacs included, only asked for one. The kit was advertised at $20, yet I was charged over $55!!! The shipping on the turbo vac was $35??!! ($13 each, but came in the same box!)
I would like to return the kits, though I don't feel I should have to pay the shipping on the return, and I should be reimbursed for the shipping of the WRONG ITEMS!
I should mention my daughter did the ordering, but said she thought she was ordering ONE kit (and one vac). She felt the site was very hard to navigate as well. She also said the site was confusing as heck, and kept throwing offers at her.
Customer service did admit to me others have called saying the site is confusing, and others have gotten two vacs, when they thought they only ordered one, but they still would not budge as far as paying shipping on the return!
So they are aware others are having problems and still won't fix the site? I am returning it all and good riddance!!!
