Complaint Review: Simple Car Store

On 3/3/12 I purchased a SUV from this Simple Car Store, From that day (night) that I drove off the lot. That SUV was not running properly. I had took the SUV back to the lot the next morning, Had to schedule for the Car store to repair. A few days later droped the SUV off to get repaired. That evening the Car store called me and asked me to come get the SUV and take it to a mechanic in Phoenix. The car store mechanic can not reapir it, So I did. I dropped the SUV off in Phoenix to get reapired. I picked it up (3) days later. The SUV still was not fixed. I called the Car store back and they asked me to bring it back to the lot once again and it will be reapired. NEVER GOT REPAIRED. I had took this SUV back and forth to the Car store and Phoenix more then (7 times).

The Simple Car Store called me days later and informed me my car was ready for pick up, I asked is it repaired? They said yes and all ready to go. I went that night to pick up the car and by then THE TAGS was exspired.  I could not drive off the lot with the car.

I called the car store that night and left a message letting them know about the tags. I called them the next morning. Told them I had to leave the Suv because I could not drive off with it. When they had got the tags to call me then I would pick up the SUV. The Car store never called me back and never reg the SUV into my name with the MVD. When I called the MVD, I was informed the SUV was placed in someone elses name in 4/12. BUT NEVER MINE. 

The Simple Car Store placed this on my credit report as a Voluntary Surrender. Making my daily life turn upside down.
