I was contacted in late July By Annie Anderson, and advised that I was approved to receive a credit card with a beginning limit of $2000. However I would need to first make a 1 time payment of $249 which is for the annual fees of the credit card.

My account was debited $249 on August 5-2005. I was informed that I would receive the credit card within 40 days. I haven't a/o yet received anything here it is 10-6-2005. I tried contacting them periodically, either you can't get through, or you speak w/someone that is of NO assistance.

Once the 40 days had passed I tried calling, however now I recieve a message stating, the number I have called is not in my calling area. How interesting I never received that message before. No one has $249 just to throw away. I am extremely upset, and frustrated. I feel as there is no way to have this made right. Is there?
