On July 15 I got a call telling me I would receive a $2500 credit card plus discounts on other items. I had to give them my banking information and $249. The money was taking out of my account. I was told I would get a package 40 later with all this included.

Forty days later I never got anything. At first when I called the number would be busy. Then when i finally got in contact I let them know that the package never showed. The customer service department wouldn't give me any information other than would you like for us to send another one out. I said yes.

I was told I would have it in 3 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and no package. When I called and ask what was going cusomet service was rude and hung up on me. During the conservation they did ask do I want a refund which would take another 30 days to get.

I said no I want my package now. The customer service department said they are no simple choice but are a customer service care relation for them. The couldn't give me any information about simple choice but told me i could get my money back. That makes no since.

Till this day I am out $249 and no package. I later on found out this has happen to others.
