Simple Escapes rip-off fraudulent taking of money
Simple Escapes took money out of my checking account without my permission, authorization and knowledge. Furthermore, they never even notified me that they did. The phone numbers they provide are all disconected and here's the BEST part. AMERICA ONLINE provided them with my personal information.
Without the help of AOL, they could have not gotton my money. Now AOL says they are not responcible b/c, they don't have my money, Simple Escapes does. So much for AOL protecting us! Wait til I find a lawyer!

Just the other day we were missing $135.00 from our checking account. A transaction that my husbamd and I knew we did not make since money was very tight that week. Not only was that debit made without our consent but it took money that was not available so our bank charged us $40.00 for the overdraft fees!!! My husband contacted the company and they insisted that I consented to the fee. I don't even know who they are! Well they said they would reimburse us but not for 7 days? And what about our bank charges? Yes, if there is something we can do about this would will. Thanks,
