My 80 year-old mother reported 4 unauthorized charges from Simple Escapes. I researched the company name on the internet and found over 300 similar complaints.
I phoned her credit card company and was able to dispute the charges. The only way it seems this fraud could have happened was Simple Excapes obtained her credit card number from AOL's direct billing to her credit card.
