Simple Escapes ripoff Omaha Nebraska
This morning, while checking my credit card statement online I discovered a $20 discrency from what should be authorized. I called my credit card company and found a charge from Simple Escapes in the amount of $19.95 was on my card. I'd never even heard of them before. My card company gave me their phone number. When I called I was told that I had ordered something off of TV and they got my information from them. I was livid and demanded an immediate refund and was told that I should receive it "sometime on one of my future statements". How dare this company and the company who forwarded my information to them: Straight to the Maxx by Helen of Troy do this! When the lawsuit comes around, count me in.
