A telemarketer called me Feb. 1, 2003. She promised me I would recieve mailing material within two days. The material did not come until the final 30 day free trial period. My account was charged to cause two bank charges on my account. I talked to Zane #8440 on Wednesday April 9, 2003. He is a case worker for the local welfare agency. His name is fictious. He was also assited by a county public defender named Daniel K Franck.
Franck was allowed to threaten to sue me throughout my phone discussion with Zane. Daniel K. Franck's address is Houston County Annex; 202 Carl Vinson Parkway; Warner Robins, Georgia 31088. Franck's job includes jail sentence review of his imprisoned clients and also suggests their capability to be placed on work inmate crews.
Many of his inmate clients were permitted to threaten me while clearing underbrush plus help the Minnesota Republican Governor get elected through frightening voters while out on work release.
Simple Escapes renegged on their promise of allowing a free $50.00 Walmart coupon for purchase of any product in their store with it.
