Simple Filings Paid for service that they didn't fulfill Kansas City Missouri

I use Simple Filings to e-file for a new SSI card. Reason why so I didn't have to drive to house to the SSI office which is a 2 hour drive and didn't know where the office was. The cost to do so was $48.00 dollars. When you go in yourself it's free. I recieved a letter from them stating I had to go in anyway. I contacted Simple Filing 3 times in a row to inform them that I wanted a refund because I was getting a sevice that was invalid. The first time they hung up on me and was very rude. The second time I asked to speak with a manager and they would not put me through to any manager and told me they would transfer me to billing so I can get a refund. I was disconeected. I called back a 3rd time and they said they sent me a e-mail to write up why I should get my refund. I wrote them that I would expect a full refund due to the fact I wasn't recieving a service that I had paid for. I recieved an e-mail back from them that I would only reciev $24.00 back. This is a scam and hope something is done about this company.
