Simple Floors Sent us two orders of African Walnut flooring that were damaged and doctored on edges with marking pen Georgia Georgia
We ordered their African Walnut engineered flooring on a project we were remodeling on Whidbey Island, Wa. It was perfect and all went well. We then ordered the same flooring again for a project in Tucson, Az. Upon inspection, we found that the flooring had many chips around the edges that had been attempted to conceal with black marking pen. We sent photos with the correspondence that clearly showed the black markings and chipping right out of the box. We were told by Randall Bryant support@simplefloors.com that this was a complex problem, and he was working with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. Now he is ignoring my calls. Over one month has gone by since our last correspondence.

I misstated the mileage I drove. I drove 14,000 miles on a 36,000 mile lease agreement .

We now have been contacted by Rocky Hazen of Simple Floors by email. He wishes to work something out until we are mutually satisfied. He did ask me to remove the Rip Off Report before proceeding, however under the terms of the agreement with "Rip Off Report", that is not possible. I will update the report as needed.

I have been contacted now by Simple Floors. Mr. Rocky Hazen has emailed me and said they would like to work with us to find a satisfactory solution for us. He did ask that we remove all negative comments before proceeding. Rip Off Reports allow only updating and not the removal of any report. We will advise of the final outcome.
