Complaint Review: simple Fulfillment

simple Fulfillment Luxury fulfillment Simply Green Coffee simply garcinia i went online and attempted to order a product Simply garcinia after putting in my information I was sent to a next step which offered me another product Simply green coffee I did not want the Simply green coffee but there was not a go back button or anything I noticed on the bottom was a transparent marker that sai decline.. I canceled my order 5 minutes after the transaction but was still charged and no credit was issued for the cancellation

I press that and it took me the final step which was a purchase. I called the company back within 5 minutes To cancel I recieved the email for the cancellation but My acct was debited. which Is an authorized debit also i found out that I had my shipping address and billing address as the same which it isnt . I was told by a Janie that there was a no refund clause in the agrrement..There was no agreement San diego California
