I called and asked to be sent an email on the plan so that I can know what I am paying for. They never sent the email. The rep named Edward told me that they would not charge my card until I finish reading over the plan and I can back giving them my consent. He told me there were no deductibles, no co-fees, and a bunch of other crap. I told them do not charge my card until I receive an email with the plans and benefits so that I can see for myself what I'm getting myself into. They never sent an email 3 days later I asked again and never received an email other than the one from my bank saying that Simple Health put a hold on my card for the amount they we going to charge me. I called in again, remind you I still have not received an email from these guys, the Edward guy was unavailable, as always. I explained my situation to another rep, male, and he put me on hold. Seconds later the male rep got back on the phone and the first thing that came out of his mouth was, just to let you know we don't have that call on record of Edward telling you that he was not going to charge your card. I called him a liar and without notifying me he put me on hold. Seconds later he got back on the phone and said " and we don't send out emails before we receive a payment." I told him that Edward never told me that, he just said alright and told me that my card would not be charged until I looked over the email. I then said that he was a liar and to give me my money because I don't want to do business with a bunch of liars and scammers, without warning he clciked over and finally put me thru to a supervisor after asking him to do so the first time he lied about not receiving my call. The supervisor said he would refund me and I asked if he could send his refund confirmation since he said I wouldn't receive my refund comfirmation until 24 hours. After all of this I really didn't trust them to send an email so I asked if he could send me the confirmation that was on his screen while I was on the phone. The so called supervisor said alright, clicked over and never picked back up.
