Simple Health Sells you insurance (medical dental vision life) never sends cards and is impossible to contact. They don't charge your account recurring they manually enter every month to charge you. Hollywood Florida

I was contacted by simple health for insurance around the time I was looking into getting insurance. They asked me for all my personal information and even did recordings to verify my policy information.

After never receiving any insurance cards I have tried to contact the case manager Gina Larocci 18005944046 ext 1206 and the billing,member benefits cancellation line 9546069070. They never answered I never spoke to a person just multiple hours spent on wait. I have even went to the website they gave me communitycaretx.org which has nothing to do with them at all. 

I paid an original $50 enrollment fee and charged a total of $96.95 a month which was withdrawn from my account in 2 separate payments one for $30 and one for $66.95 around the 15th of every month for 6 months. 

I typed the phone number into Google today and found out that I have been scammed. The good news is my card hasn't been used for any other purchases and my identity has yet to be used, per me keeping a close eye on my credit. 

I filed a claim with my bank, but they can only refund me for December and January because I did not try to cancel until December even though I never received a service. I'm so lost in all this and would like to prevent this from happening to more people.
