Complaint Review: Simple Moving Labor

I recently had to move from Philadelphia to Atlanta for work related issues. I found SML on Penske truck's website. After calling them on the phone to sign up for moving labor to hire movers, I was quoted ~$220 for a move which they tought should take two hours. I have a very average two bedroom apartment. Do not have an excessive amount of stuff. They assured me that two movers would be enough for a two bedroom apartment. The movers, when they arrived were incredibly slow and lazy. Took a TON of breaks, and spent a lot of time just hanging out in my penske truck. Myself and my brother had to help them move stuff because of how lazy they were. My brothers girflriend also believes that she saw them buying drugs from one of their friends who came up to them while my brother and I were moving boxes.

The total time it took them was a whopping six hours. Six hours. The round trip bill ended up being over $1100. After the slow service that a two person move provided, I called them demanding to get another two movers, they gave me one, not telling me how much more expensive that would be.  I feel that I totally got taken advantage of. Awful company. DO NOT USE. I shoudl have looked at their yelp reviews before booking them. I can't believe these guys didnt rob me also.  

In the past I had done local moves which cost cheaper than this, and it included all my stuff being packed into a truck, the truck, and loading and unloading.
