Complaint Review: SimpleComfort CBD Oil

SimpleComfort CBD Oil May be the same company as Liquid Tree CBD Oil. The addresses are the same, i.e., 2034 E. Lincoln Ave, Anaheim CA 92806. Continued to ship cbd oil product and charging my credit card after canceling. Anaheim California

Originally I had ordered trial samples of CBD oil and sleep aid.  About a month later I got another shipment of the items.  My credit card company called and asked if I had ordered these items to which I replied "No",  I was then contacted by SimpleComfort about not being able to charge my credit card and I spoke with them on Nov. 17, 2017 and asked them to cancel automatic refills from that point on. I was willing to pay for what they shipped and tried to charge the amount to another credit card and the charges were again blocked as a suspected fraud charge. The company rep that I spoke to told me that not to worry that they would not charge me for the items as I had agreed to pay but the credit card company would not allow them to charge that particular charge.

On Dec. 12, 2017 I again called SimpleComfort as the credit card statement showed the charge for the items I spoke to them about on Nov. 17, 2017. The said that the items that I had filed a dispute about had been decided in favor of the company, consequently they went ahead and charged the credit card that had not allowed the charges to be made earlier.  I again asked that they cancel the automated reordering which they confirmed they would do.

On Dec. 17, 2017 I received another shipment from SimpleComfort which I did not order.  I called them at 888-976-9380 this morning (Dec. 18, 2017) about the shipment and I was told that the order was being processed at the time I had call on Dec. 12, 2017 and that I was responsible for the charge.  I pointed out that I had canceled automated ordering on Nov. 17, 2017 and there was no reason that another shipment should have been processed.  I offered to return the shipment and was told that the company would not make a refund that I would have to absorb the costs.  I again asked for automated shipping be canceled and was told that they would cancel automatic refills.

The company (SimpleComfort) is not to be trusted as I consider them to be operating a scam to charge folks for things they didn't order.
