Complaint Review: SimpleWhites Phoenix AZ

The idea of a free trail to promote a product sounds appealing when you want to try that product. But after receiving a teeth whitening sample (I paid shipping and handled of $4.95) the Company then charged my Credit Card and additional $129.95 for a year subscription to receive more product with the promise of additional monthly charges! They claim I agreed to these terms (by clicking a radio button on the webpage), but I don't think I did (at least not knowling). The credit card company says thier hands are tied and will loose disputes I issued because the company will produce screenshots of alledged agreement to terms. I can't think of any other recourse. You would think the company (if it had a decent product) would want to keep it's reputation intact. Be forwarned!
