Simplicity Laser, LLC False Advertising, Price gouging, failure to honor services paid for Lindon UT
I purchased a full body membership on the Company's website 11/30/20 for $798.40 during a Black Friday Special. The Company accepted my payment in full. When I called to redeem the membership that I purchased and schedule my first appointment on 1/8/21, the Company told me that it would not honor the package that it sold me, and instead demanded that I pay them a total of $989.60 in order to redeem the full body membership that I already purchased on 11/30/20. The Company claimed that because I was a customer years ago, they would not honor the membership that I purchased, and in order to redeem my services, they would charge me over 100% MORE than what I already paid for the same service.
There is nothing in my order stating that the Black Friday Special that I purchased would not be honored because I was a customer of the Company several years ago. Instead, the Company accepted my payment of $798.40 on 11/30/20, then attempted to price gouge me for significantly more to redeem the services that I paid for.
