simplicitymens.com added items to an invoice that I did not order
Placed an order on 10/9/2022 for an online male enhancement product. When a copy of my order was sent to me there were two items added that I did not order. I immediately sent an email saying I did not order the two additional products and didn't want them.
They sent back an email saying that I had to call customer service to resolve the issue. I did that on 10/12/2022 and was told the items had already been shipped and of course were non-refundable. Sounds like a complete scam to fleece as much as possible on the first order.
