Simplicty Gourmet Simplicty Gourmet, Simplicty Bride, Equitable Acceptance Corporation Scammed, Misl RIP OFF The cookware sticks and burns food, plus you are charged between $5.00 & $7.50 to actually make your payment online. Did not receive my two free gifts and feel completely screwed.... Minneaplois Minnesota
I was duped into this "presentation" with the lure of a free trip. The cookware is horrible, it burns food, sticks and is totally not worth the money you are paying for it. Not to mention that if you make your payments online, through your bank account, it is $5 convenience fee and by credit card it is a $7.50 convenience fee. Which was NOT disclosed at the time of signing.
I did not receive my two "free gifts". Then it took months to finally get someone to answer the phone to find out about the "free" trip, which you have to pay airfare. I would like everyone that has purchased this "cookware" to complain and maybe something will get done about a company that can sell you something at a ridiculous price with the pretense of saying that your families lives are at risk with all this "bad" cookware out there. I would have never purchased this, but they made it sound like I was killing my family with "conventional" cookware. Looking back, that sounds like extortion............ When did that become legal??? Plus, if you guarantee a product won't or will do something, aren't you liable if it doesn't do what you state it does or doesn't do. To me that makes the contract null and void if you are deceptive. And yes, it REALLY was a 3 hour presentation!!
BEWARE ALL BRIDES AND UNSUSPECTING, TRUSTING SOULS.
