Simplx suckers you in before you know it. You fill out an application, call you, and they tell you what you want to hear and next thing you know they are taking your m oney for a service that is not really what they offer.

I was contacted by james morris who works for simplx and gave me a very brief description. James went onto tell me that he was doing this for about 3 weeks and done very well for himself making around $700.

As he continued on before i knew it he was taking my credit card info and was charged $399.99 membership and a monthly access charge of $35.00 for 200 merchants that I figured was wholesale. Everything he said led me to believe so.

He continued on getting me set up with a mentor Kaleb to get me started. Which honestly was not only navigating the site and giving a few examples of how to place the order of a sold product.

so i'm on my way to to what I figure would possibly be a good income and the only thing I have got so far out of this is a negative income.

I was told i also needed to talk with one of there tax pros. So I did just that and was also told that I needed a tax id number and to register my business namme. That was another $310 I was screwed out of.

I placed 9 items on ebay in hopes of making a few bucks and trust me i did do my homework to see what was really selling and what would be a waste with the almighty auction PI software that was included in this package.

3 weeks later i called jamees at simplx and told him just what I though of this crooked a*s deal. His responce was this "You knew wa=hat you were getting into I went over everything with you (a huge lie) and you signed the paperwork, I have done this for a few weeks and made $300". So My reply was " You told me in our first conversation that you had been doing this for 3 weeks and made $700 now you tell me you had been doing this 2 weeks and made $300." So right there he buried himself. However he replies with " I make approx $200 a week." Ok James which one is it $700, $300 or $200? I was lied to from the get go taken for aloop paid a s**t load of money out and now I am out to retrieve my money back. I told james i wanted my money back and he told me you can do whatever you want but you will not win against us. Boy are you in for a surprise.

When I requested my money he says to me it is not refundable and besides we can't refund it because we distribute it to all out merchants.......hmmm $399.99 divided by 200 + merchants = you do the math. That boils down to pennies on a dollar for each merchant. I find it kinda hard to swallow.

I think those of us who were taken for a ride come together and make a case against simplx so that we can shut down a company that does not give you exactly what you pay for.

Before I forget james also says to me that simplx is the biggest dropship company in the world haha, however if that may be the case I have only been able to speak with james (sales),cara (secretary), kim (secretary), Kaleb (mentor) , and jonathon (account specialist) and the customer service is beyond poor.

I think maybe hardcore dateline would love to get ahold of this if they knew and half of the letters i have read about simplx. Maybe they need a hardcore lesson. I will get my money back

If anyone agrees with me on this I would like to hear your responce.

CONTACT (write a complaint) TO THE UTAH BBB OR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO FIND FILE A CLAIM AND TO SEE WHERE YOU STAND AND WHAT OPTIONS YOU HAVE.

Let me start out by saying the first thing I did when I knew this was not a good investment. I wrote a complaint to the BBB of utah and after some time it was agreed upon that simplx would refund my money if I removed the negative report off ripoff report. As we all know that can not be done and when I spoke with the rep at the utah BBB about the report she said that it does not matter it has no affect n the case and the can't make you remove it to get your money back. PHEW!

However they had to refund my money anyway because I was sold this membership as a business proposition.

If you are an individual who was sold this membership and never have had a business of any kind you have a chance to get your money back. Basicaly it voids there BS NO REFUND CONTRACT.

Simplx is NOT licenced to sell there membership as a business proposition to anyone individual. They are licenced to sell to to business already in the field.

From my personal experience I would stay away from them because of several reasons. First search google for simplx and look at there description. It says up to 95% off msrp right? Now click on there link and it says up to 95% off retail. Which one is it? You'll never know until its to late. Some Advice SAVE YOUR MONEY.

In closing of my wonderful experince with simplx I would like to just say I recieved a refund check back from simplx this month (JUNE 2007) for the full amount of $399.99.

I do want to apologize to the editor of ripoff report in this posting as we had it out over the removal of my negative report. I'm glad it stuck but in a desperate attempt to get my money back I posted some sort positive remarks towards simplx.

Now whether or not I ment it I can not disclose to you. I might get a slap on the hand. Besides I got the last laugh anyway LOL

WRITE THE UTAH BBB OR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO FIND FILE A CLAIM AND SEE WHAT YOUR OPTIONS YOU HAVE.

simplx has made an effort to correct this problem and has assured me that the rep resposible was acting against company policy and actions have been taken against this employee to see that similar acts do not happen again. I was incorrert reguarding simplx in such a manner. I again ask you that you disreguard the original negative report posted on this site by myself.

Misunderstanding With Simplx

Be that it may simplx is not a scam but rather a company who is more less designed for an already or near established company in the e-commerce business. Simplx and myself have come to an agreement though a third party to resolve this issue.

I have asked rip off report to remove the posting but they refused to do so. So i ask that you disreguard the above posting., Thank you
