"URGENT! Simplx or Club Dropship SCAM!
This company goes under both names.
They draw you in with lies.
They claim that their prices are wholesale and that you get discounts, rebates, and shipping you can earn. This is a lie. The discounts are on retail prices.
there is no reason for customers to buy at the prices you have to sell at to make any money!
Most of the companies listed are only 2% off of retail, not wholesale. You can buy any of their products cheaper on eBay!
The problem is that they dont let you see an example of what they offer until after you pay so. you are taking someones word for it "
THEY DON'T HELP YOU WITH PROBLEMS. THEY WON'T TALK TO YOU OVER THE PHONE. THEY FIND REASONS NOT TO PAY THE COMMISSIONS.
the list goes on and on. most of all they will not give your hard earned money they cheated you out of back!!
this a piramid scheme --only the person at the top makes any money.
they need to be stopped because they are lying to people.

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.
First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. Simplx is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company Simplicity Group, LLC. The websites and services provided by Simplicity Group are completely separate from each other, but are legitimate & highly valued products offered. Packages include access to different websites, including Simplx.com, DigitalDropship.com, ClubDropship.com, and DropshipRewards.com, and although each of these products has a different name, each is a different product provided by Simplicity Group. These websites are legitimate, and provide a service for thousands of satisfied customers.
Simplx does not make any false promises or claims. Simplx fulfills on all promises which are made.
This individual states that Simplx makes the claim that we offer wholesale pricing, but we are very strict on making sure that customers understand our services allow customers to dropship products using online stores, not warehousing wholesalers. The actual word wholesale or wholesalers is not used once on the Simplx website, and all Simplx sales representatives are instructed to not use those words either.
The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.
Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just 2% as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.
The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.
Simplx offers several different ways to receive help and support with dropshipping accounts. First, they offer great training media, which is available to all customers 24 hours a day, which each customer can download to their personal computer. Second, Simplx offers a dropship hotline, which customers can email or call in to receive help. This individual claims Simplx will not speak to customers over the phone, but this is a completely false statement. We have operators who handle several phone inquiries every day during business hours. If this individual called outside of business hours, then they would not have received an answer to their phone call, because the office would have been closed.
Simplx has a payment schedule, and all customers have access to the payment schedule with their dropshipping account. All checks are sent out according to schedule, and all commissions which are earned by each customer are paid to them.
Again, Simplx.com is not a scam nor a Pyramid scheme. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state.
Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money.
