I have worked with Simplx for about 6 months and at first it was great! After a while it started going downhill because the company did not care about their salesman or their customers. The thing about Simplx is that you make commission on what you sale. But when you sale something and then the customer does a charge back or gets a refund we get the money taken back out of our checks, which how is it our fault that the company sucks?! The reason I am writing this report is that I want people to know how bad Simplx or Simplicity Group really does suck and they are just after people to rip them off, even their employee's! Also a buddy of mine that worked with me at Simplx had over $500 stolen from his pay check because they claim that it was for his health insurance that he pays for each month, but yet the receipt from the insurance company doesn't show the coverage on one of the months that he paid on! So not only did they take the $500 out of his check they also would not pay him back only by $100 a week until it was paid out in full! Just be warned if you are looking into drop shipping with Simplx or maybe thinking about working with them just be aware that they will scam you out of your money! Also if you work for them you are never paid on time and it takes forever to get them to answer your questions and they just send you back and forth between people and nothing gets done! Just be aware that Simplx or Simplicity Group is a scam and they are just after you for your money!! I hope you have learned something from reading this!

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each employee who works for the company.

Our company provides a sales floor, and employs several salesman. Every salesman on our entire sales floor is employed on a commissioned basis, meaning salesman are only paid for sales they are responsible for. Commissioned jobs are extremely common, and if a salesman sells a product to a customer, and the customer doesn't want the product, returns the product, and asks for a refund, our company grants these customer demands. As such, any sale which is refunded is no longer considered a sale, and therefore, because Simplx doesn't receive money for the sale, the salesman also does not receive money for a refunded sale. This is a common practice among any commissioned base job. Any employee which doesn't want to be responsible for their own commissions or sales should consider another job or career which is not commissioned based.

Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers or any employees.

Simplx offers medical insurance coverage as an option to its employees. Our company shares the cost of this medical insurance with the employee. This is a common practice among many companies. The customer claims that removed $500 from an employees paycheck for medical insurance he did not receive. The $500 was taken out in weekly increments, with each paycheck, and was returned in weekly $100 increments. The complaint that all $500 was taken at once is false, and has since been rectified.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers or any employees. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each employee who works for the company and is not trying to scam any employee out of their money.
