Simplx matt lloyd says that they are legit Provo Utah
I have read some of the discourse on this site relative to simplx. today i spoke with a guy named matt lloyd. i asked if he would provide me with some sites that are successfully using simplx to make money. the first one he gave was simplerebates.com. I did a whois on this only to find adam wilkinson is the owner. then i found on the bbb site that simplx and simplerebates are owned by the same people.
This company has to be a scam

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. It appears this customer wanted more information on what Simplx was and who uses the Simplx technology or products. SimpleRebates.com is owned by the same company which Simplx is owned: Simplicity Group, LLC. The websites and services are completely separate from each other, but are two legitimate & highly valued products offered by Simplicity Group. These websites are legitimate, and provide a valuable service for thousands of satisfied customers.
It appears from this complaint that the customer did minimal research on the company as a whole. Interested customers seeking additional, credible information about Simplicity Group, LLC can view their corporate page at www.SimplicityGroup.com
