After realizing (4 days into program) that this was a joke... a total joke.. it is a bunch of college kids that work here creating fictious stories about people using their system to generate steady income... They lie... Lauren Dyer is no longer with the company but lied about below wholesale prices... it is actually Retail... not whole sale... ...a bunch of kids earning money to go to college is the staff here... that steadily turns over.. mainly because they don't treat the staff honestly either.. Such false advertising... but you will not find out until the first week you are with them.. Don't expect any refund... they don't have that policy... their policy is... "Lie and charge the card as fast as you can".

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer who chooses to apply for or purchase our services.


Simplx services are designed to assist customers in dropshipping items and making a profit by doing so. Our system is a proven model, and many customers utilize our services each day and make money doing so. The salesman who spoke with this customer promised that our services worked and we had a refund policy to back it up. Our refund policy at the time was a 3 day refund policy. We have since extended that to 7 days. We also provide a Twelve (12) Month Money Back Guarantee, which ensures customers who are serious about using our services for a certain length of time. We stand by our services and our guarantees and fulfill on each of these.


The customer claims that he was promised that would be linked up with wholesale pricing, but we are very strict on making sure that customers understand our services allow customers to dropship products using online stores, not warehousing wholesalers. The actual word wholesale or wholesalers is not used once on the Simplx website, and we instruct our sales representatives to not use those words either. Our model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.


Simplx has many full time employees, and we encourage employees to gain as much education and experience as possible. Some have completed undergraduate degrees, and some are currently pursuing them. We have multiple employees who work in customer service, including a dropship hotline, a direct customer service line, and a billing department. Each of these departments handles specific issues relative to their department.


Our refund policy is stated on every single invoice and on every one of our dropshipping website. It is as follows: Purchasing client agrees to a full refund, less a $35 administrative fee, for orders canceled before 4pm MST on the seventh day upon account activation. If purchased, training sessions are non-refundable once completed. Purchaser agrees to a fifty dollar ($50) return fee for Auction PI, when applicable. Date of purchase is considered the date the account will be activated and will be considered day one of the seven day trial. All sales will be final and no refunds will be given after 4pm MST of the seventh day following account activation. Monthly fee will be charged the following day.


We do not hide this policy nor neglect it. Each customer must agree to this policy before signing up. It appears this customer agreed to the policy, then asked our company to go beyond the deadline mentioned in the refund policy. We must follow what was agreed to between the customer and the company.


Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx. We are confident we can resolve your concern or complaint, even if we need to provide free products or services to do so.
