Simplx has to be the worst of the worst. When it comes to false and misleading sales tactics, they are best. They make some great promises about the 60 million products you will have access to at way below retail prices and the bonus of the money back the company's are will give you on top of the discount prices. When the truth is you are just going to pay $3500 for a list that is nothing more then stores you can shop at now, Target, walmart, buy.com, BestBuy, and other retailers all of which you will pay the same price as everyone else who visits there sites. And for your investment into Simplx you will on avg receive 1% cash back on your purchases.

Many of these sites offer better cash back percentages just by being there affiliate which is free. And as for there training, all they did for me was get me permanently suspended from Ebay for posting listings that violated Ebay policies that there so called expert training staff had reviewed before I posted them.

Dont spend a penny on this company, you wont be happy with what they offer and you wont be able to even get your penny back I have reported them to the BBB and still they refuse to refund my money. Anyone that works there most not have a heart to take such large sums of money from people knowing they dont provide anything they advertise.

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.

Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just 1% as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.

The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.

The customer states that you can get linked up with all the suppliers through being an affiliate. Simplx provides much more than just linking up with suppliers, including dropship hotline support, training sessions, profit/loss tables, profit calculators, weekly education courses, and much more. Simplx has setup partnerships with several large, well-known companies through either their own affiliate network or through 3rd party networks. Because Simplx has been a name brand in dropshipping for several years, we are able to negotiate discounts higher than what an average affiliate can receive through signing up with these suppliers/merchants.

The customer states that Simplx should be responsible for eBay suspending their account. Our service provides a link to the eBay VeRO policies, and we advise customers to not do or post anything to their eBay account which would violate any eBay copyright or trademark policies. Clearly, this customer did not review this in their account, but chose to skip this information. Our trainers and hotline representatives always instruct customers to read through the VeRO policies before listing any products on eBay.

Simplx responds to all BBB complaints, and can provide credible information to the BBB which states our valid position. Usually any customer who files a complaint with the BBB asks for our company to change our refund policy, which Simplx will not do. We will be loyal to the agreement which was signed between the customer and our company.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx.
