Individual seems to be a serial company namer, but the operation is always the same. Gets in on large government contracts and vendor warranty work from large manufacturers. Has self employed technicans or small businesses do the work. Doesn't pay them, or pays a fraction of what was due. Tries to claim the customer was upset, the technician screwed up, instructions weren't followed, whatever it takes to keep from paying the technician. Does this across state lines, in conjunction with other conspirators, and seems to count on technicians not catching on the are not alone, plus changing company names when the jig is up.

I was contacted by the individual I complained about and my own situation was rectified. We both were civil and polite, and he electronically paid me my due for the work done, even adding a little lagniappe for me.
I can no longer say that he ripped me off.
