Do yourself a favor and stay away from these stooges. Let me explain in chronological order why you don't want to deal with these a*s-clowns:

Nov. 18th - I phoned the store to advise them that my nano sixth generation was no longer working properly (played music for about two minutes and then shut off). I was advised by an employee that I could exchange my nano  (8 gig - $65; 16 gig - $75) for a new one.  When I showed up at the store,  an employee (Connor) stated that I could not exchange my 8 gig for a 16 gig. He also advised me that they had no 8 gigs in stock (which was not something he advised me over the phone).  He said the new nano should arrive by Monday  (Nov. 23rd).

Nov. 23rd - I phoned the store and they stated that my nano had not arrived, yet, but should be in by Wednesday (Nov. 25th).

Nov. 25th  - I phoned the store and they stated that my nano was not delivered to the store because FedEx was not delivering packages due to snow on the airport runway (which was pure bullshit since my wife is a general manager at the airport and stated none of the  runways were covered with snow  and all of the airplanes were landing).

Nov. 27th - I phoned the Mac store, again, and the employee stated that where my nano was at and would not be able to locate it since all of the technicians called in sick.

Nov. 30th - I phoned the store and the employee stated that my nano was in transit.  I advised him that I was promised the nano by last week, and that if I didn't receive it by Wednesday (Dec. 2nd) I wanted my old nano back so I could exchange it for a new one when I was in Denver  on Dec. 7th.  He stated he could not give back the old nano since he sent it back to the company for the exchange.  I advised him that I was getting tired of the "runaround" and it appeared that no one knew exactly where I nano was at. I told him to have his manager call me back.  Within 10 minutes, the same employee call me back stating that he had found my nano (quite miraculous, wouldn't you say).  I went to the store approximately 3 hours later and picked up my nano.  They did not get a single apology for this debacle.

As I stated before, until these guys pull their heads out of their asses, save yourself the frustration and just contact Apple directly.  I don't know who is managing the store, but he needs to be fired and all of the employees need to be schooled or fired, also.
