I purchased mattress frm this company on Jan 13. My credit card was charged right away for the full amount of $1,700.00 and I was promised delivery in a three weeks. After thee week nobody called me and I called company asking about delivery time. They told me that I need to wait one more week. In a one week I was told that I have to wait another week. After five week I was told that latex which came from Sri Lanka does not meet company standards and they offer $100.00 of and asked to wait another two weeks. I agreed. After next two week of waiting I start calling again and got email that company offer another $100.00 off and I need to wait two weeks again. (BTW they did not issue promised $100.00 for the first time). On Monday Feb 25 I sent email asking to cancel my order and refund my payment. After numerous calls to customer service we got phone call from accountant and were promised to get confirmation of refund withing 24-48 hours. Guess what - 80 hours pass and no refund, no confirmation about cancellation, no product. I do not know what company treat client like this.
