called them right away and ask them to cancel and refund the charge on my account but they gave me this bullshit excuse about being process for several more weeks and two phone calls to process the refund, they convinced me to just take the $22.49 refund process right away and account cancellation to just not go to the hassle of processing, even add up that it will cost me more money to ship it back to them individually, so I decided to just get the $22.49 and say goodbye to my $89.02, I told them who do you think can keep up paying $100.51 for a one bottle supply of your product? they said they are not the one setting up the prices, so eventually they make money over scamming people and not the product they sell. It's ashamed that i got ripped off and scammed but i post this online to warn people to NOT even let this company get your credit card information as your credit card provider won't do anything for you to stop the charges as they are bound to the product agreement you fall to signed to this company. If you want to lose weight just follow the healthy way, eat right, exercise and be stress free.

Its clearly displayed in their terms of service that YOU agreed to when you made your purchase. You were asked to click a tab with "Agree" on it AFTER you had entered your card information. While its nice to blame someone else when YOU make a mistake, the reality is that YOU agreed to the reoccuring MONTHLY charge BECAUSE you did not call and cancel with in 14 days of placing the order. YOU assumed that you were ONLY getting the trial but you were entering into a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP by clicking that AGREE tab and NOT calling to cancel with in 14 days of your original order.
Had YOU just taken a few mins of your oh so precious time and read ALL of the information presented both on the site and in the terms of service BEFORE you hit AGREE you wouldnt be in this situation. Since THEY do NOT have telepathy they couldnt know what YOUR intentions were. Since YOU did not cancel with in the 14 day TRIAL PERIOD, THEY assume that YOU wish to continue making a monthly purchase and charge you according to the terms and conditions YOU agreed to.
While yes its upsetting, YOU did this to YOU by not cancelling in the time frame alloted. As I said before, it makes YOU feel better to blame them, YOU had a VERY BIG part to play in all of this. YOU didnt cancel so they billed YOU. THAT is NOT a ripoff and its what YOU SAID THEY COULD DO!!!!
Isnt amazing how quickly YOU turn it around on them when YOU made the mistake. YOU asign a machiveian motive to a business that was ONLY doing what YOU requested they do when YOU made the original purchase. I guess little things like common sense and personal accountability really are gone from America.
