Complaint Review: Simply Sellular

Simply Sellular Took my phone, said it was too damaged, and offered 1/4 what they promised. Huntington Beach California

I sent Simply Sellular my BlackBerry, and after they received it, they made me hold on the phone for about 5 minutes, as he entered all of about 6 numbers into the computer. He said that it was only worth what they offered me, about 12 bucks.

I said that I would like it sent back to me, and he said that they would have to Fed Ex it to me, at MY OWN COST, because they don't make enough money taking working phones in all day long, and scamming other customers? They refused to make a better deal with me, and stopped replying to my emails.

I am unhappy with the company, and with their tactics to take good phones, and offer people pennies on the dollar. They actually CHANGED the agreement page the day after my complaint about having items shipped back at your own cost.
Take this company down.
