Complaint Review: Simply Shutters Port ST. Lucie Florida

The owner from Simply Shutters in Port St. Lucie will not honor his committments by installing an additional shutter for my bathroom that I have already paid for. I call the office multiple times to no avail. Keep getting new phone reps and they promise someone will call you back and it never happens. The product is cheap chinese junk and will not even stay closed. The installer has already drilled a hole in my tile to install a shutter which did not fit properly. So he re-measured the window and ordered a new shutter, which I had to pay 50% down. Now when I call they dont know or care about this new order. Read the YELP reviews, you will see similar complaints. I have filed a complaint with the BBB so far and will continue to pursue this untill they make good on their committment.
