Complaint Review: Simply the Best Entertainment

My name is T Schoenberger. Since July 2009, my family, friends, and even my child ( now 12) have been serially stalked by a child predator named Steven R Leflar and his cohort Stalker Eric Symons. In my opinion, Leflar needs to get prison for what he has gotten away with. If you look at Simply the Best Entertainment's page, they list larry Lynch and David Martin. Neither will work with Simply the Best because both bands were ripped of by Symon's and Leflar. Leflar ran Star Sounds Productions and he used this company to defraud me out of my company North Bay Entertainment. He then created false and defamatory websites on me, starting in July 2009. This predator stalked my father, stealing his identity and using it for a yahoo id. He contacted my clients, my wife at the time, my son via cell phone, my friends and my family. This is predatory stalking. It is criminal conduct.

I have gone to the Napa Police with my 12 year old and his mother on December 5th 2012. I contacted the head DA in Napa to let him know what was happening. there is a record of my taking responsible action by contacting local authorities and demanding action. I now am using my connections to bring national attention to this matter. No family should be serially stalked, and the law has no excuse not to protect a 12 year old. This will be a key point in the media campaign soon to come.

Here is some background.

I proudly ran North Bay Entertainment from 1992 to 2008, producing thousands of events for many fortune 500 companies. I was the entertainment chair for the world famous Napa Valley Wine Auction in 1999. To run a company successfully was very rewarding. Many musicians and artists worked with our company to make NBE a success. This all changed when my son was diagnosed with a bone tumor on February 19th 2008.

Leflar, a dee jay who did some work for NBE at the time, offered me 140,000 dollars for a 50% stake in my company. He told me that the full amount of money would be in my account the next day. I received half that only after many months and Leflar kept delaying signing a bilateral agreement. monies to the I waited for the rest. It never came.Finally sick of it all, I went down to the business office in Concord to find out of Leflar was conning me.He had secretly and deceitfully put the company into his own name in March of 2008, and told Symon's that I had missed the signing. Symon's actually tried to convince me I had "missed the signing" and I told Symon's that signing a sole proprietorship is not an event, but an action. I had no ideal Leflar has secretly put the company in a sole proprietorship in Concord.

 Leflar had convinced Symon's that I "failed to show up to the signing" to share ownership in NBE. The fact is, Leflar put the company in a sole proprietorship on March 24th 2008 and lied, stole and cheated my friends, artists and musicians for the next 5 years. Thankfully, he has been sued, lost his house and reputation and , even as recent as last month, been run out of town in Elk Grove because of his con games.  Symon's and Leflar have deceived many people since 2008-2009. The new con game is that Steve Leflar had Eric Symon's convert the Star Sounds website to www.simplythebestentertainment.com and is  deluding  people  once again into thinking it is a sole proprietorship. The facts speak otherwise. It is clear to anyone with any sense that Child Predator Steve Leflar is still in cahoots with Eric Symons.

After Leflar finally ripped off his long term employee Ron Israel for a estimated $75000, Symon's called me up to brag that he had called Ron's own brother at the request of Leflar. the calll from Symon's happened on June 1st 2012 and I recorded it for later reference.

In that month, my 12 year old was shocked to find that someone was using his identity on line to attack me. We all know it is Leflar. there is a program called collusion that a law enforcement friend told me about. I also contacted media and State Gov friends to alert them to what was happening. I finally took my son and his mother to the Napa Police Dept on december 5th 2012 to file a report.

I then received over 20 unsolicited e mails from Leflar's partner Eric Lee Symons.I asked Symon's to cease and desist. When he refused, I included witnesses to the behavior.Symon's stalked these witnesses as well, even when he was told by them to cease and desist. I believe Symon's is still in league with Leflar and both are child predators and stalkers. Symon's worked in league with Leflar because Symon's use to work for North bay Entertainment and he learned anough about the company to give Leflar sensitive company information, and e mail contacts I had developed over the 1992-2008 period.

This is serial gangstalking by Symon's and Leflar. The result of their criminality is that Leflar has been sued and found guilty multiple times in both Concord Court and Santa Rosa Court. AEC had 15 bands sign a State Labor Board Complain against Steve Leflar, stating  that they too had been victimized by Leflar.

Symon's and Leflar sued me 5 times in 2009-2010 and lost each time. Leflar was further sued by agents, musicians and other victims in 2009-2010 and lost every time. Leflar failed to show up to pursue his cases against me. A fraud has been foisted not just on me and other member's of the Northern California musical community, but also on the Concord Superior court.

The facts are clear. I ran NBE from 1992 t0 2008. That is 16 years. Within a month of my son's dire medical emergency, Leflar secretly put the company into a sole proprietorship. By early 2009, leflar was bad mouthing me, stealing large deposits from clients and musicians and planning with Symon's to cover up their thefts by defaming me, calling my wife, harassing my 8 year old, things that nobody should ever have to endure. As it stands right now, Leflar has three websites on me, and has broadened his attacks to include both Associated Entertainment as his enemy and also dee Jay Ron Israel.

Now Leflar claims that somehow, Ron Israel was a co owner in North Bay Entertainment, even as he offers no proof. And he retaliates against my claim that he is a child predator by calling me one.

Ron Israel is simply Leflar and Symon's latest victim. Ron is gathering e mails that Leflar sent him from 2008 to 2012 that substantiate that Leflar and Symon's conspired to both steal NBE's client list and create a network of websites that promoted lies, distortions and slander. 

I have had enough of all of this and am now contacting major media outlets who have shown interest in airing this story. I have witnesses, and also other victims of Leflar's predatory and criminal conduct. This case will go to the AG of Ca. Dr. Richard Aldag and a woman named Linda were also stalked, as late as 2013. AEC, a long time ally of mine, and a well respected agency has also been attacked.

In short, the victims have been re-victimized by a social media campaign orchestrated by Steven Leflar
in cahoots with Eric Lee Symon's. 

I have a full record of my request from Law Enforcement and DA, and also am talking with a major TV show that does investigative journalism. Leflar's websites have been downloaded and printed up and Symon's stalking e mails given to the proper authorities.

Ron Israel was Leflar's long term employee. When Ron got sick of Leflar's evil and demented tricks and cons, he called me up, offered to report Leflar to the Concord Superior Court for fraud, and has been a gold mine of information as to just how manipulative and criminal Steven R Leflar and Eric Lee Symons are .

Now that every event planner in Napa Valley knows the truth, you can google Eric Symons Steve Leflar and see the pure rage people feel at these two. Much more sunshine will be put on the process.

Steven Leflar is a child predator because he has stalked my son. My son is 12. I assure you this is going national and anyone who did not protect my son from this will be made to answer.

 Anyone who believes that children should be protected by LAW and not terrorized by a 60 year old man like Steve Leflar will speak out. I am betting on media and the good nature of the American people to speak out against the crimes my family friends and wonderful son have suffered. My son does not deserve this. He is 12 years of age. The media will be very interested in seeing why his rights and well being are not being protected.
