Complaint Review: SIMPLYFABO

SIMPLYFABO on 09/09/2015, I ordered the Infinite Cross Necklace and paid for shipping in the amount of $11.99 and still have not received it. Emailed them twice with no response. Internet

On 09/09/2015, through a listing on Facebook, I ordered 2 Infinite Cross Necklaces through SIMPLYFABO. ALl that was needed was to pay shipping in the amount of $11.99 which i gladly did. Per the reviews, most of the feedback was positive so I placed my order. I then followed up with them on 11/05/2015 and received an automatic reply from their site stating someone will notify me within 72 hours. As of today, 11/11/2015 it has been well over 72 hours and still no response. I then proceeded to notify them a second time this morning and received same automatic response. I am thinking I will have to take this up with my credit card to have charges reversed.
